When are the live sessions?

The live Alignment Sessions are held every week. They alternate between Saturdays at 10:30am US eastern time and Thursdays at 6:30pm US eastern time.

So, one week is on Saturday, then the next week on Thursday, then Saturday, then Thursday... and so on.

These sessions last for approximately 90 minutes.

What is the Mystical Ease Framework?

The Mystical Ease Framework is a flexible, 3-phase approach Vernita created specifically for people who have OBEs naturally (without any external triggers – like psychedelics) and want to make them more consistent, clear, and intentional.

This framework was created in 2023 after approximately 14 years of experiencing out-of-body states.

Its three core phases are:

How long is this program?

The Mystical Recall Inner Circle was created so that you can learn and receive support at your own pace. You decide when you no longer want access to this exclusive membership.

You may cancel at anytime. If you cancel, your access ends when the current monthly or quarterly cycle you paid for expires.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or long-term obligations. You may go to your profile inside the member's area and click the cancel button.

Your Mystical Recall Inner Circle membership will expire on the last day of the access period you paid for.

I'm very private, do I need to be on camera during the live sessions?

You do not have to turn your camera on during the live sessions.

Are all live sessions recorded?

Yes they are. All recordings will be posted in the Mystical Recall Inner Circle community within 24 hours after the session. This allows everyone to refer back to insights that were shared that may help people move forward in their particular situation.

Keep in mind that if you do not want to be seen on camera in the recording, you may keep your camera off during the session.

All recordings are posted as-is – the videos are not edited.

Do I have direct access to Vernita?

Yes, you have direct access to Vernita within the Mystical Recall Inner Circle community and during the live sessions.

You can @Vernita in the community at anytime or send a private DM. You may also start a progress journal and Vernita will coach you in there. She enters the community daily.

All live sessions are like personal conversations. Vernita likes to be personable – she will allow you to ask any questions you may have in real-time and receive an immediate response.
